These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of group travel services provided by Earth Explorers, a division of  Travel India Pvt. Ltd.

By using our services or submitting an enquiry on our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• Balance payments must be cleared within the specified timeline before departure.
• Prices quoted are based on current rates and may be subject to change due to external factors (e.g., taxes, fuel surcharges).

   

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  
• Refunds (if applicable) will follow the cancellation terms communicated during the booking.
• Some components, such as visa charges, airline tickets, or insurance, may be non-refundable.

   

3. Documentation & Compliance

• It is your responsibility to ensure that all group participants have valid travel documents, visas and meet entry regulations.
• We are not responsible for denial of entry, missed flights, or penalties due to incomplete or incorrect documents.

   

4. Itinerary Flexibility

• We make every effort to follow the planned itinerary. However, changes may be required due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather, flight issues, or situations beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to offer suitable alternatives while ensuring your safety and experience.
• We reserve the right to amend itineraries in the interest of safety, feasibility, or quality of experience.

   

5. Service Limitations & Liability

• Earth Explorers acts as a coordinator and intermediary between clients and service providers (transport, hotels, etc.).
• We are not liable for any delays, injuries, losses, or disruptions caused by third-party providers or events beyond our control.
• Participants must follow local laws and the guidance of group leaders.

   

6. Group Conduct & Safety

• All participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct during the tour.
• We reserve the right to remove participants from a group without refund if their behavior poses a risk to the group or tour experience.

   

7. Promotional Use

• Photographs, testimonials, or media captured during trips may be used in our marketing materials unless you inform us in writing before the trip.

   

8. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute, the matter will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
